We published our first edition in 1981 with Oisín Publications and are currently on our 10th edition. The book is firmly established as a market leader and reached the bestsellers list. It has been described by Easons as "The fastest selling book of its kind on the market". We are preparing our 11th edition in hard copy and electronic format.
Using up to the minute technology, our 11th edition of mail order house plans in hard copy and in electronic format will be launching soon. 200 dwelling designs will be available to order by post, fax, email, online or by telephone.
We offer mail order house plans at reasonable cost. The designs are prepared by a professionally qualified Architect. All plans, elevations and sections are fully detailed for a Planning Application and construction stage thus negating the need for further construction plans to be drawn up.
All of our designs are in compliance and continually updated to comply with current Building Regulations; they incorporate a high specification level for insulation, ventilation and sustainable energy requirements. The design concepts respect and take into account Local Authority Design Guidelines for the design and siting of single houses in the rural environment. A comprehensive Building Specification accompanies each dwelling plan.
We have a full range of designs available for DWELLINGS, DOMESTIC GARAGES, STABLES, SITE LOCATION MAPS, SITE LAYOUT PLANS and LANDSCAPING PROPOSALS. Our electronic and hard copy book will include comprehensive editorial covering all aspects of Planning Applications, Local Needs Applications, designing for the rural environment, sustainable energy, landscaping, entrance details, insulation, heat recovery ventilation, design concepts, heating methods, and waste water treatment systems.
You can also avail of our professional services to prepare your Planning Application where we will take your instructions from consultation to application lodgement stage, and please do not hesitate to contact us should you wish to enquire about this service.
We are including a
small number of our designs available for your perusal (numbers subject to change within new edition, dwelling name will remain as specified), prior to the release of our book online and in hard copy formats. The sample designs and our full range of designs in edition 10 of Blueprint Home Plans are now available by mail order and please contact us for further information, fee scale, delivery options or general enquiries.
Please be advised that most plans can be revised/altered to suit your requirements. Should revision be required the fee will be calculated on a time scale basis. If you find that you cannot source a suitable plan we can design a 'one off' dwelling on your behalf.
Edition 10 of Blueprint Home Plans will remain available until the launch of edition 11 and please do not hesitate to
contact us if you wish to order a copy (€20.00 including postage). Please note all plans will be revised to suit current regulations and best design practices.
